LOCATION

Many clients spend a lot of time getting to and from their gyms. Depending on the weather, traffic & location this can affect the consistency of their workouts. Clients cancel many sessions because of travel & bad weather.

TIME

One of the most common excuses clients have is: β€œI don’t have enough time.” It is becoming harder & harder for people to find the time to get to a gym and workout. It takes the average person at least 30 min. just to prepare to get a workout.

EQUIPMENT

Most of the clients go to the gym before or after work. This can make the equipment less accessible and can break the flow of a workout session. The gyms are packed with people and it can make it very difficult to find room to train your clients even without equipment.
